Milan ace Ronaldinho has espoused the idea of lifting major trophies as he looks forward to a triumphant 2010. The Brazilian has reflected upon 2009, saying he is happy with the rate of progress at Milanello. And, he wants the positive trend to follow the club into the new year. Milan are aiming for the Scudetto and Champions League, with Ronaldinho ready to act as the springboard to glory. "The year which is about to end has been very positive for both myself and Milan," Ronaldinho told Il Corriere Dello Sport. "And, 2010 will be even better. I want to do really well in both Serie A and the Champions League and Milan will be competitive on both fronts until the end." With 2010 comes the highly anticipated World Cup tournament in South Africa, but 'Dinho is keeping his feet on the ground as he sends a rather quiet message to coach Carlos Dunga. "Yes, I dream of going to the World Cup. But I don't want to earn a place just by talking about it. I want to let the facts do the talking so I can deserve to be called up," he concluded.
