REPORT SUMMARY:
The first goal was scored by Nigeria in the 12th minute through Uche. Uche scored a goal by getting a foot on a low cross following a powerful run by Odiah from Nigeria. Next in score line was South Korea in the 38th minute through Jungsod. A free-kick from the corner of the penalty area from Sungyeng cleared everyone except Jungsod at the back post who bundled the ball over the line.

After that successful goal, Nigeria and South Korea were both tied at 1-1 before the first whistle was heard ending the first half of the match. Just 4 minutes after the start of the second half, in the 49th minute, another goal was scored by South Korea through Chuyoung pushing the lead to 2-1 against Nigeria. It was a disastrous restart from Nigeria with Chuyoung firing a free-kick from an angle at the far post that bounced in front of Enyeama from Nigeria just inside the far post.

The fourth and last goal in the match was for Nigeria once again through Yakubu when he successfully converted the penalty. Yakubu quickly made amends for his miss just two minutes earlier by converting from the penalty spot hitting a low penalty with Sungryong going the wrong way. Namil from South Korea, having fouled Obasi from Nigeria in the penalty area, conceded a yeallow card in the bargain.

The game continued until the 93rd minute and the final whistle was heard ending the whole match between Nigeria vs. South Korea. Congratulations to both teams as they played a great football match here.
